Great article - passing work around internally can be tricky. Being a small business owner it can be difficult to say no and start letting people down. For external work a good method for new work coming in is to increase your fees to discourage new work you do not want to do. This gets rid of any need for an explaination or emotional response and having to say no. I just wish I could practice what I preach  :  )
