Use of Articles In Your Ezine or On Your Web Site

I'm sure you'd never consider doing any of the following
but I've had publishing firms try to sell my articles without
my permission on Amazon.com, ezines include them without
attribution or my copyright and break them into multi-page
pieces so my contact information was hidden from view or
group them.

time use of this article which may be republished
in newsletters and on web sites provided attribution
is provided to the author and it appears with the included
copyright, resource box and live web site link.
The author retains in full the
copyright of this article. Sale of this
article by anyone other than the author is strictly prohibited
without written permission from the author.
Publication of An Article on
Multiple Pages
In the case where articles are not reproduced on a single web page and
are divided into multiple pages, the resource box including the author's
url and live link must be included at the top of the article below the
title, not buried multiple pages and clicks away. In addition the author's
name and live url link must be included prominently at the bottom of each
additional web page where author's content is used.
Use of More Than One Article
at a Time
Use of multiple articles at the same time is strictly
prohibited unless written permission is sought and
personally provided by the author. Bundling of articles
is forbidden without the author's explicit written authorization.
Where articles are used the following
resource box must be included as shown (A live web site
link is required if used online or if your newsletter is
sent by email)
