And once you\u2019re done, you can move in or sell it.<\/p>\n<p>Same for your business.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be doing different things depending on what stage you are at.<br \/>\nHere the stages:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Startup<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 2. Successful Entrepreneur<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 3. Growing Company<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 4. Mature Organization<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And here\u2019s where you\u2019ll be focused:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Startup<\/strong> &#8211; $0 to $500,000<br \/>\n\u2022 Priority is to define who you are, write your marketing message and attract patients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Wearing lots of hats and trying to cover all the bases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Successful Entrepreneur<\/strong> \u2013 half a million $ to two million<br \/>\n\u2022 Priority is to transition from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">being the business<\/span> to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">running it<\/span> by using <strong>proven systems<\/strong> to increase profits.<br \/>\n\u2022 Growth by design and implementation of 7 key systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Growing Company<\/strong> &#8211; $2 to $20 million in annual revenue<br \/>\n\u2022 Priority is to fine tune marketing, training and delivery processes and procedures so you can scale the business.<br \/>\n\u2022 Continual improvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Mature Organization<\/strong> &#8211; $20 million or more in revenue<br \/>\n\u2022 Priority is to create a self-managing organization, so your team keeps it growing while you enjoy life more.<br \/>\n\u2022 Organize the company so it runs itself or if you want so you can sell it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which stage are most companies at?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You guessed it.
