It\u2019s your \u201cReason To Call.\u201d It\u2019s what you DIDN&#8217;T tell them in your letter, post card or your last phone conversation becomes important.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sure, you\u2019re mailing your best prospects to get them to call you, or at least that\u2019s the objective of the mailing pieces I create for my clients.\u00a0 <!--more-->And you\u2019re mailing to customers all the time to make sure you keep up your relationship with them, where your calling goals lean towards continually building their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketingforsuccess.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/follow-up-calls.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-4521\" title=\"follow up calls\" src=\"https:\/\/www.marketingforsuccess.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/follow-up-calls.jpg\" alt=\"follow up calls\" width=\"100\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>confidence, loyalty\u2026 and of course to get referrals which is always nice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Or, maybe you just want them to remember you when they need a quote or have an insurance or financial question.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">So, you\u2019re doing everything right, but still\u2026 business is slow.\u00a0 And you\u2019re kind of itching to speak with some of your better prospects because you\u2019re good on the phone and you know how to close additional business.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">But you need that key element &#8211; that one phrase that is pivotal to the campaign, to tie it all together.\u00a0 You need that one reason to call.\u00a0 Here it is:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cOh, I forgot to mention\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Yes, it\u2019s the phrase you can pull out that smoothly and subtly lets you in the door.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cWhen I sent that quote I forgot to mention\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cIn my last post card I forgot to mention\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cI forgot to mention I\u2019ve written a new paper on\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cI forgot to mention new coverage has come DOWN in price because\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cIn our last conversation I forgot to mention\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Now you can feel comfortable to call anyone and tell them what you left out of your letter, post card, call, website, ad, seminar.\u00a0 Oh, you\u2019re so sorry &#8211; you forgot to mention a key point they need to know right now\u2026 and here it is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Maybe in your rush to get your new newsletter to them, it wasn\u2019t included.\u00a0 Maybe a recent news story triggered this need (\u201cI saw this story in the news tonight and I thought I\u2019d better call you\u2026 because I forgot to mention\u2026\u201d)\u00a0 Maybe a new law created information they need to know right now.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Or maybe in your latest negotiation, your new providers presented information that affects them.
