I just got back from Fabienne Fredrickson\u2019s Mindset Retreat in Miami.\u00a0 I actually never planned on going but after interviewing her for my Wise Women of The Web teleseminar series, her ideas intrigued me so I hopped on the plane.<\/p>\n

What a week!\u00a0 Fabienne devoted 3 days to \u2018transforming\u2019 the participants lives.\u00a0 She covered a whole array of mindset issues-from the importance of thinking big and understanding your Big Why to how to get rid of the \u2018gunk\u2019 that is preventing you from being the full success you want to be.<\/p>\n

Because I thought the content of Fabienne\u2019s workshop is so important and touches EVERY single one of us, I have decided to devote the next several blog posts to the subject of mindset.\"success<\/a><\/p>\n

As Fabienne says, she used to think that mindset was a tiny fraction of her success and that excellent marketing was the most important factor.\u00a0 Over the years, she has switched her views.\u00a0 She now believes that mindset can account for at least 90% of her successes.<\/p>\n

Fabienne believes that each and every one of us has a unique set of experiences, talents and abilities that we are destined to share. In effect, the world DESERVES to receive your potential and your contribution.\u00a0 You need to \u2018share your brownies\u2019, not just bake them and keep them in the kitchen for yourself.<\/p>\n

So the first step is to understand what it is that you can give?\u00a0 What is in your background and innate talents that make your special gifts to the world magical.\u00a0 And your experiences are part of that.\u00a0 And not only the GOOD experiences because bad experiences are great teachers in lives and the lessons you are learned are meant to be shared.<\/p>\n

The other problem is that you must think BIG.\u00a0 Yes you can share your talents with a half a dozen people, 20 or even 200.\u00a0 But why not up the ante?\u00a0 Why not GO BIG?\u00a0 Because the more people you touch, the more you are throwing pebbles in the pond, the more people you touch.<\/p>\n
