Excellet post. I would add that the number of social netowrking sites for professionals present another option to simple “here is my business webpage.”
For example, a lot of lawyers are now using http://www.LawRex.com to share legal referrals with each other.
As more of these referral and online communities spring up, it will be easier for professionals of all types to find and secure the types of clients they want.
