Def. sounds like an interesting lesson to learn. Seems essential to elimate the middle man when it comes to sales.. can’t say I have read alot about it.. but may prove valuable.. though don’t know how it would apply to me being a direct response designer, dealing mainly with online clients… nethertheless, im sure its valuable!
