    Just as Charlie says “Most of it [mail] goes in the trash, unopened and unread.” This is what is happening even with emails. If a business is already past the Internet step and is looking for something that is more guaranteed to be read–text message marketing is the way to go for businesses. Text messages are the most-likely to be read (I believe it is 96% of them that are!).
